Samara Joy Quartet - Bologna Jazz Festival

Bologna Jazz Festival is a music festival dedicated to live jazz in the best theatres and music clubs in Bologna and neighbouring cities.

Samara Joy McLendon (a.k.a. simply Samara Joy) was the revelation of the most recent Grammy Awards, winning two of them: for Best Jazz Song of the Year (Linger Awhile, Verve) and Best New Artist. Best in an absolute sense, not referring to the jazz category: in fact, it was she who won the Grammy for which Måneskin, who most people thought were favourites, were also in the running.
