Food and music: the DOP and IGP Festival at FICO

Caper of the Aeolian Islands DOP, Shallot of Romagna IGP, Honey of the Belluno Dolomites DOP. These are just some of the PDO and PGI specialties, which on November 19th and 20th it will be possible to taste at FICO, the Park to be tasted in Bologna, on the occasion of the "Festival of PDO and PGI from Italy".

A one-of-a-kind concert of flavors, with a two-day market-review program, tastings, musical performances and events dedicated to the excellence of Italian food and wine. In particular, on Sunday 20 November at 3.00 pm, in the FICO Arena, gastronomic quality will meet music: Andrea Barbi and Marco Ligabue, ambassadors of the 44 excellences of Emilia Romagna, will in fact develop an innovative and fun formula for the presentation of food and wine heritage of Emilia-Romagna: the singer-songwriter and the TV presenter will be the protagonists of the music show entitled "E-Greet your brother: music and stories from Emilia-Romagna", a fresh and ironic show that mixes rock, laughter, but also perfume of lambrusco, ham and parmesan.

In view of the Christmas period, moreover, on 12 and 13 November between the areas of the Food Park it will be possible to participate in the Preview of the National Panettone and Pandoro Fair, a unique opportunity to learn about all the secrets of the typical Christmas sweets made in Italy between tastings, tastings and live demonstrations by pastry chefs.
