• 2 Extra Virgin Olive Oils: discover the world of EVO oil with two of our best productions. We will guide you through the analysis of the aromas, flavors and distinctive characteristics to fully appreciate the quality of our oil, an expression of our land.

• Local and farm products: complete the tasting with a selection of local excellences along with some specialties produced directly on our farm.

A round-trip shuttle service from Castel S.Pietro Terme train station or Varignana train station (reachable by train from Bologna) to Palazzo di Varignana can be arranged by booking 24 hours in advance at a cost of 35€ from Castel S. Pietro or 20€ from Varignana.
