The tour led by multi-instrumentalist Valentino Pirino is a true journey through time and place, discovering the links between different cultures through the stories and repertoires of various string instruments. By investigating the origins of instruments such as the guitar and lute, the red thread leading directly to the Arab oud will come to light, revealing the profound relationship between apparently distant worlds, such as Arab sounds and European Renaissance music.
