An exhibition of floral installations by the Garden Club Camilla Malvasia, dedicated to the landscapes of Emilia-Romagna as combined with the words of those who have narrated them. With the ambition of engaging with the idea of landscape by intertwining visual and literary imaginaries in an itinerary of symbolic reinterpretation.
Flowers, messengers of universal values and sentiments, a metaphor for the impermanence of the living and a beauty that can fade, become the language to express the connection between the two art forms in creative references aimed at capturing the profound dimension, the essence, the wonder of the landscapes, in light of the founding principles of the Garden Club Camilla Malvasia: the safeguarding and care of nature, biodiversity, and beauty.
Nine large floral compositions in the evocative and central portico of the Archiginnasio depict the region's landscapes as interpreters of the problems and at the same time the hopes that unite the narrated moments with those conceived for the exhibition, protagonists and not mere backdrops to human events. The installations and their literary references are commented on in descriptive cards readable via QR Code and audible in podcasts published on the website
