The Collezioni Comunali d'Arte host the travelling exhibition project Azzurro fragile. The blue clay gullies in contemporary art,
an in-depth study entrusted to important Italian and international artists who have lived in, live in, or assiduously frequent the territory cultivated by the famous blue clays between the Municipalities of Cesena and Castel San Pietro Terme.
The exhibition, curated by Matteo Zauli, is promoted by Musei Civici d'Arte Antica, Regione Emilia-Romagna, Unione della Romagna Faentina, Faenza Municipality and Museo Carlo Zauli.

The exhibition, divided into three sections, opens with an extensive documentary introduction.
The tour continues with a historical section featuring woodcuts, photographs and drawings by Francesco Nonni and two sculptural works by Carlo Zauli.
The contemporary section presents artists who are strongly linked to the territories of the blue clays with works that in many cases were produced specifically for this project and created using different expressive techniques.
